We made corrugated packaging from the following grades of cardboard by the GOST 7376-89 technical specification:

Corrugated double-faced board grades of T-21, T-22, T-23, T-24, T-25
Corrugaed double double-faced board grades of P-31, P-32, P-33
Micro corrugated cardboard

Raw materials are used for the production of corrugated cardboard:

Fluting medium grades of BO, B1 by Perm Pulp, BO by Arkhangelsk PPM
Test-liner grades of K0, K1 by Kotlas PPM, Mondi Syktyvkar

All the corrugated packaging is produced according to GOST and certificates.

Corrugated Cardboard Equipment

Corrugated cardboard are manufactured on high-tech European production lines with strict quality.

Corrugator

Corrugated cardboard is produced on a modern line «BHS» (Германия), allowing to produce high quality corrugated board accordin to GOST. Working width 2500 mm.

Processing Lines

There are several processing lines for producing corrugated packaging with multicolored printring:

Automatic line FFG 924 FP by Martin (France) is designed for the production of various configuration corrugated boxes with flexographic printing up to 5 colors or 4 colors + 1 lacquer.

The size of blank is up 600 Х 255 to 2500 X 920 mm.

FFG 1232 NT automatic high-performance line by Martin (France) relates to the production of traditional boxes (American Cases), with 3290 X 1160 mm maximum size of blank as well as complex die-cutting boxes with blank to 1600 x 1160 mm.

The line is equipped with three flexo sections, rotary die-cutting, waste off section, the most modern blanks giving system and counter ejector.

The line can glue cases after die-cutting.

Work cardboard thickness up 1.4 to 10 mm.

The line make packaging for televisions, washing machines, etc.
